KICKSTART COLLEGE & CAREER

More than 2,000 former foster youth in LA County will pursue post-secondary education this Fall. These youth have overcome tremendous obstacles to achieve this (only 10% of foster youth go to college and only 3% will graduate.)

Most of these young adults will attend Community College, Trade Tech or Vocational School. Kickstart College & Career is here to support them.

In collaboration with Children’s Action Network, we host our Kickstart College & Career Pop-Up Shopping Day where these young people will shop for brand new clothing, toiletries, backpacks, school supplies along with support towards program tools, supplies, technology, textbooks and more. We also connect students with critical resources to build a network to keep them on the path to success.

or an in-kind donation.
Sponsor levels range from $2,500 to $10,000.

Sponsor benefits include logo representation on marketing materials & social media along with meaningful volunteer engagement opportunities, ownership of a “station” and recognition at the pop-up shopping event.
